Welcome to PetBook (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). By downloading, installing, or using this App, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please do not use this App.

2. Service Description

This App is a pet recording application for iOS/iPadOS platform, with main features including:

• Pet photo album with the ability to add messages to photos
• Pet health records including weight, water, food, vaccines, and deworming
• Pet profile management for recording basic pet information
• Support for multiple pets
• iCloud data sync

3. Conditions of Use

When using this App, you agree to:

• Use this App only for lawful personal pet recording purposes
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from this App
• Not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this App in any way
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All content of this App, including but not limited to software code, interface design, and icons, is protected by intellectual property laws. Without explicit authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content of this App.

5. User Data

• All data you create through this App (pet profiles, photos, health records, etc.) belongs to you
• All data is stored only on your device locally or in your iCloud, and we cannot access, recover, or backup your data
• Deleting this App will permanently delete all local data, please backup before deletion
• We are not responsible for data loss caused by device damage, system failure, or user error

6. Disclaimer

• This App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
• We do not guarantee that this App will run uninterrupted or be completely error-free
• We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use or inability to use this App

7. Membership Subscription

This App offers a membership subscription service to unlock premium features. Subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID account and will automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in Settings.

8. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement will be posted on this page with the updated "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of this App constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to a people's court with jurisdiction.
